E-Fill 2806 - 2805 Nickel Coated Graphite

Oerlikon Metco’s E-Fill™2806 is an angular-shaped Ni/C ma-terial optimized for use in fine form-in-place (FFIP), extruded 
gaskets, moulded sheets and other conductive filler applica-tions where small particle size is required.

E-Fill 2806 excels in applications where coated flanges are used. The angular shape of E-Fill 2806 coupled with Oerlikon Metco’s proprietary hard nickel coating give gaskets the 
“bite” needed to ensure optimal electrical contact. Aluminum compatible E-Fill 2806 offers enhanced galvanic corrosion resistance and stability in severe environments
