Q: How to use the common Medical Ultrasonic Cleaner?

1. Recycle the contaminated medical devices. If the scissors, vascular tongs and other medical devices have shaft joints, string them on the U-shaped bracket to open the shaft joints, and then put them together with the medical devices without shaft joints into 500-1000MG/L effective chlorine solution, which can be soaked for 30 minutes, and then take out clean water for washing. 

2. Add 20G Bijie Mei (a variety of biological enzymes) into 4L normal temperature water (appropriate temperature: 20-50) to dissolve the product rapidly, pour it into the ultrasonic cleaning tank, put the medical devices into the cleaning basket, and then immerse it in the solution.

3. Turn on the power supply of the medical cleaning machine, run it for 3-5 minutes, and wash it with normal water or hot normal water after taking it out.

4. Dry and pack the clean medical instruments for use to prevent re contamination.

Precautions for use of medical ultrasonic cleaning machine

1. Only when there is a proper amount of liquid in the ultrasonic cleaning tank can the power be turned on, and no water free air switch is allowed.

2. The cleaning temperature of the ultrasonic cleaning machine is generally kept at 40-45 ℃. The medical ultrasonic cleaning machine is equipped with a temperature controlled probe, which can be used at ease.

3. The instruments shall be handled with care. Multiple instruments or heavy articles can be hung up for cleaning with a cleaning basket or bracket.

4. Do not switch on and off the ultrasonic cleaner frequently.

5. After using the ultrasonic cleaner, drain the cleaning solution, clean and dry it with clean water, and keep the cleaning tank clean and free of pollution.
