The working principle of the lithium battery ultrasonic metal welding machine is based on the principle of ultrasonic vibration. During the welding process, the ultrasonic vibrator converts electrical energy into ultrasonic energy and transfers this energy to the metal surface to be welded through the welding head. Ultrasonic vibration can shake off loose impurities and oxides on the metal surface, achieving atomic level contact on the metal surface, thereby generating metallurgical bonds between atoms on the metal surface and completing the welding process.
